Security
Security of the highest level is provided to tenants of One HSBC Center. CPR and AED trained security is on staff 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. All visitors to the building are discretely screened at the lobby. Passes can be arranged for anticipated visitors via e-mail.

Community
The size of One HSBC Center allows us to provide amenities not offered in smaller properties. Beyond that, the building management continues to build a strong sense of community.

The elegant lobby hosts rotating art exhibitions and seasonal events such as pumpkin carving contests, musical performances and ethnic dance troupes. A host of lobby vendors provide convenience along with a sense of whimsy. Flu shots are offered on an annual basis. Seasonal displays abound in public areas.

Meaningful fundraisers are held to benefit community causes such as the Buffalo Zoo, and Martin House Restoration Fund, the March of Dimes, Roswell Park Cancer Institute and the Salvation Army among others. On a more serious note, blood drives are hosted quarterly at One HSBC Center.
