BUFFALO, NY - Seneca One Realty, which owns and manages One HSBC Center in
downtown Buffalo, helped Burgard High School celebrate black history month by
displaying student-completed artwork.

"A student of mine has been on cloud nine lately because her mom works at HSBC
Center and saw the piece," said Burgard High School Multimedia Art Teacher, Michelle
Schroeder. "Her mom has been bragging all over the workplace about her daughter. It
really helped my student gain a confidence and pride about her work."

The artwork was displayed throughout the month of February in celebration of Black
History Month. "We were pleased to display the artwork of the students from Burgard
High School," said Stephen P. Fitzmaurice, Seneca One Realty Chief Operating Officer.
"Our tenants really appreciated the level of artwork brought into the building and were
excited to view all the different pieces."
