BUFFALO, NY - Seneca One Realty, which owns and manages One HSBC Center in
downtown Buffalo, today announced that Allpro Parking, LLC, a Western New Yorkbased
operator and manager of parking facilities and provider of parking services, has
signed a service agreement to oversee the day-to-day management of the Seneca One
Realty Parking Ramp at Washington and Exchange streets.

Allpro personnel will be on hand to meet and greet the customers of the parking facility
on Monday, July 2. They will be answering questions and handing out snacks and gifts.
According to Stephen P. Fitzmaurice, Seneca One Realty Chief Operating Officer,
customers will soon see improved service options with the addition of Allpro. The
company is exploring upgrades such as hands-free technology for monthly permit
holders and new, more convenient online payment options.

"We are pleased to have Allpro overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parking
ramp," said Fitzmaurice. "Allpro raises the bar and brings a certain etiquette and
courtesy to parking services that customers typically do not experience elsewhere. We
