Buffalo, NY - Seneca One Realty, which owns and manages One HSBC Center in downtown Buffalo, is adding Z.H. Racine Exclusive Jewelry to its prestigious tenant roster. Z.H. Racine opened its downtown location on March 23, 2011. The new store is located in the lobby of Buffalo's tallest tower and features a wide selection of fine and fashion jewelry from world renowned icons of uptown design.

Z.H. Racine was founded in 1984 by Zhanna Racine as a home-based business. Over the next few years, the business grew and also became a noticeable force in conducting charitable fundraisers for a wide variety of Western New York organizations. In the early 1990s, the company established a permanent show room in Cheektowaga and conducted its business from that location until recently.

Owner, Zhanna Racine is very excited about opening a store in One HSBC Center. "This is the perfect complement to our traveling shows and is a great location to meet with our longstanding customers," she says. "One HSBC Center is very familiar and convenient to them. We've been a lobby vendor in One HSBC Center for many years and we are thrilled to have a permanent presence in the building."

Chief Operating Officer, Stephen P. Fitzmaurice, is thrilled to welcome Z.H. Racine to One HSBC Center on behalf of Seneca One Realty. Fitzmaurice says, "Many of the individuals working in our building are very familiar with the excellent range of jewelry carried by Z.H. Racine. We think this will give Z.H.
