Buffalo, NY - Seneca One Realty, which owns and manages One HSBC Center in downtown Buffalo, will be having the grand opening of its walking trail at 12:30 pm on Monday, August 1st (The rain date will be Tuesday, August 2nd.)
Seneca One Realty has laid out a walking trail on the west plaza of One HSBC Center. The quarter mile trail winds through the landscaped areas of the plaza. It provides building occupants with a way to burn a few calories and network at the same time.
Steve Fitzmaurice, Chief Operating Officer of Seneca One Realty, says "The trail is yet another amenity for our tenants. It's convenient and we think it's a great way for people to enjoy our rain garden and the other landscaping features they might not normally see. At the same time, the quarter mile length of the trail gives you the ability to know just how far you've walked. We think this works well with the Weight Watchers program we offer."
